i went to see my grandmother this weekend i took a train, it took me two hours to get there
my grandmother is really old and has what she calls "a fashionable disease", parkinson
she also has a nice sense of humour
because spring is here her backyard looks like a Rousseau painting, the south of portugal looks usually kind of dry and desertic

this weekend i was also helping a friend of mine she was doing some power point presentation about Marina Abramovic the first time i had a closer contact with this artist´s work was last year in madrid,

i saw two of her videos,

one where she was in a field grabbing her breasts

the other consisted in hitting her stomach with a sckull
didnt make much sense to me, but i'm sure it has some deep, complex and profound meaning
in both this videos i didnt hear her voice
so yesterday my friend showed me one called "how we in the balkans kill rats "
i have to say she has a funny accent
and they have a big problem with rats in the balkans
i wasnt expecting that
me and my friend ended up making three videos, about ways to kill rats
these two sketches was done today, on my way back to lisbon.
it doesn mean i dont like her work.
